Urk-Export has modern production facilities. In addition to the aforementioned salmon filleting line, we also have the ability to fillet plaice and dab into beautiful finished products. We have a wide range of products this way.

Our production processes are in constant development to meet all our customers’ requirements in processing and packaging. Of course, we work according to the most up-to-date quality and hygiene requirements and are IFS (Higher level) certified.

We also offer our customers the choice of supplying plaice fillet by grammage, which puts us in a unique position in terms of supplying customized fillets.
