Product range

We mainly supply fresh fish from the North Sea to our customers. Throughout the year, using various fishing methods, the best quality North Sea fish is landed and processed within the company. Urk-Export is strong in offering current fish species in accordance with the season. In our own filleting plant we process plaice, dab, flounder, sole and salmon into ready-to-eat products such as fillet. We also offer our customers a very diverse assortment of fresh and fresh-frozen fish.

We like to follow the course of the season to provide our customers with the highest quality fish at any time. We are strong in the selection and purchase of our assortment. As a company, Urk-Export is a leader in offering a diverse range of in-season fresh fish such as red mullet, red gurnard, sea bass, squid and cuttlefish. To provide fresh fish even out of season, we freeze some of our fresh fish directly. This frozen assortment includes dorado, sea bass, plaice and sole.

In November 2020, our production process was expanded to include a state-of-the-art salmon filleting line. With this production line, we produce in-house quality products such as salmon fillets and portions. All to the specific needs of the customer.
